About the role
- Lead the end-to-end execution of client projects, managing timelines, resources, and milestones from design through go-live and post-implementation support
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Drive accountability for milestones (design, build, testing, go-live, post-go-live support)
- Track and manage resources, time, and billable versus non-billable hours
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and clients supported
- Create and refine project management templates, playbooks, and scoping frameworks to support consistent, high-quality delivery across the team
- Act as a mentor and thought partner to other Project Managers, guiding them on planning, execution, and stakeholder management best practices
- Partner with Delivery leadership to strengthen PMO processes and evolve our approach as the business grows
- Serve as a main point of contact for client project teams
- Facilitate communication between clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Support alignment between clients, internal teams, and leadership on scope and priorities
- Work across ambiguous situations, adapting enterprise PM practices to Notable’s lean and fast-moving model
- Assist with solution scoping and SWAG estimates for new workflows or integrations
- Coordinate with Platform Architects, Customer Success, Product and Engineering
- Ensure handoffs and dependencies are managed seamlessly across the Delivery and Product teams
- Support knowledge transfer and client enablement post-project
Requirements
- 7+ years in project management, ideally within healthcare IT, consulting, or health system operations
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in implementations, upgrades, or workflow automation
- Experience developing or refining PMO frameworks, templates, and scalable delivery processes
- Strong understanding of project financials, including tracking billable hours, budgets, and resource utilization
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 50% and be onsite with customers, at events, and in office collaboration
