About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of client projects, managing timelines, resources, and milestones from design through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Drive accountability for milestones (design, build, testing, go-live, post-go-live support)
  • Track and manage resources, time, and billable versus non-billable hours
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and clients supported
  • Create and refine project management templates, playbooks, and scoping frameworks to support consistent, high-quality delivery across the team
  • Act as a mentor and thought partner to other Project Managers, guiding them on planning, execution, and stakeholder management best practices
  • Partner with Delivery leadership to strengthen PMO processes and evolve our approach as the business grows
  • Serve as a main point of contact for client project teams
  • Facilitate communication between clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders
  • Support alignment between clients, internal teams, and leadership on scope and priorities
  • Work across ambiguous situations, adapting enterprise PM practices to Notable’s lean and fast-moving model
  • Assist with solution scoping and SWAG estimates for new workflows or integrations
  • Coordinate with Platform Architects, Customer Success, Product and Engineering
  • Ensure handoffs and dependencies are managed seamlessly across the Delivery and Product teams
  • Support knowledge transfer and client enablement post-project

Requirements

  • 7+ years in project management, ideally within healthcare IT, consulting, or health system operations
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in implementations, upgrades, or workflow automation
  • Experience developing or refining PMO frameworks, templates, and scalable delivery processes
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including tracking billable hours, budgets, and resource utilization
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and be onsite with customers, at events, and in office collaboration
