• Manage a team of 10-15 technical staff in a management role.
• Support, develop, and task staff; develop engineering process; and provide resources to meet program needs.
• Execute in a direct contributor or technical leadership role supporting MDA programs.
• Responsible for labor and material execution through cost account management (CAM) assignments.
• Partner with program management to track execution and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Ensure proper engineering processes and procedures are followed.
• Work with peers and training leads to identify critical skill shortfalls; develop appropriate technical training; and improve team performance.
