Supply Chain

• Develop RFQ utilizing specifications, statements of work, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, components, and assemblies
• Prepare bid packages, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate PO provisions, administer resulting PO and ensure on time delivery
• Manage performance of Purchase Orders and assigned suppliers, ensure compliance with all public law requirements as well as company (and business) policies and procedures including import/export regulations
• Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders such as contracts, engineering, quality, planning, operations, program and end-users
• In conjunction with quality organization, evaluate and monitor supplier quality and reliability, as well as supplier ability to support required delivery schedules
• Identify strategies and opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manage risk through proactive supplier management
• Other duties as assigned
