About the role
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and delivery of Management Information (MI) reports
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of data and reports for audits
- Maintain and enhance data management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation
- Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on MI reporting tools
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, or related field
- At least 3 years of compliance/risk management/regulatory experience
- Specific experience with Bloomberg Vault, Verint, TrdingHub MAST and NICE ACTIMIZE tool is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, SnowFlake, Python, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Any relevant financial certifications is a plus
