- Focused on managing departmental goals and objectives
- Ensures the provision of exceptional patient experience
- Manages staff retention and development
- Implements action plans to achieve objectives
- Oversees the design and follow-through of employee orientation
- Maintains positive inter-departmental relations
- Leads process improvement initiatives
- Participates in ongoing in-service and educational seminars
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Requirements
- BSN or actively enrolled in BSN program with a completion date within three years from date of hire - Required
- Master's Degree- Preferred
- 2 years recent hospital clinical experience- Required
- Leadership experience in specialty area- Required
- Chronic Care Management and Care Management experience - Preferred
- Recent Hospital Experience - Preferred
- Knowledge of ACO, VBP, Payer Quality Incentive Program experience - Preferred
- Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license - Required
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Required
- NIHSS – Required within 30 days of hire
- Competence in using computers and basic software programs.
