About the role
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for the ServiceNow platform's development, maintenance, and growth
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable technical designs and solutions within ServiceNow
- Mentor and coach developers, leading code/design reviews to enforce high quality
- Drive the technical aspects of the Agile process
- Own daily technical governance, proactively managing the platform’s health, security compliance, and performance optimization
- Design, build, and maintain complex, resilient integrations using modern standards like REST, SOAP, JSON, and scripting languages
- Actively participate in key cross-functional Agile ceremonies
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow configuration (Business Rules, Flow Designer)
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Scoped Applications, and API consumption/design (REST/SOAP)
- Extensive experience operating within modern Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Typically requires 6+ years of progressive experience in ServiceNow development
- Proven track record of leading feature development and technical leadership
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
