Engage with customers in manufacturing and logistics environments to map end-to-end processes (inventory management, production planning, bills of materials, production orders, quality control).
Analyze where improvements can be made and identify optimization opportunities.
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to match customer needs, automate production flows, set up planning modules and connect with warehouse or logistics systems.
Guide migrations from existing systems and ensure accurate and complete transfer of data such as inventory levels, production orders and item structures.
Test and validate the solution together with the customer and prepare for go-live.
Deliver training and workshops for key users and end users to enable independent use of the ERP solution.
Act as the bridge between business and IT, working closely with technical colleagues to ensure solutions contribute to more efficient manufacturing and logistics processes.
Requirements
1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environment.
Familiarity with planning, inventory management, production flows and process optimization.
Some first-hand experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP platform.
Growth mindset, natural curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning.
Eagerness to explore IT and digitalization and build a career in ERP consultancy.
Strong communication skills; able to explain complex manufacturing or logistics processes clearly and convincingly to customers.
Fluent in Dutch and English; basic knowledge of French is considered an asset.
Analytical, customer-focused and results-driven; sets priorities and takes ownership.
