About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and champion cloud technologies within our organization which adhere to engineering and security standards
  • Build secure tooling to allow the self-service of AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI offerings by application teams
  • Work closely with both development and operations teams with a demonstrated commitment to their success
  • Operational support to operate clouds at enterprise scale
  • Participate in a shared on-call rotation to provide operational support for critical cloud services and platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure, with knowledge of security, networking, and IAM best practices
  • Proficiency in Python with the ability to write clean, reusable, and testable code
  • Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools for automating deployments and infrastructure management
  • Familiarity with monitoring, telemetry, and alerting tools such as New Relic
  • A proactive approach to monitoring, maintaining, and improving system performance and availability
  • Desire to learn Systems and Security Engineering
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field required
