Human Resources

• Run daily functions of the HR department at NCI, including recruiting and hiring staff.
• Administer new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Enforce company policies and practices.
• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
• Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Orients new hires and collaborates in employee recognition programs.
• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance; productivity, recognition, and morale; and occupational health and safety.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
