About the role
- Develop and execute an integrated content strategy focused on LinkedIn, lead generation, and brand visibility within B2B audiences.
- Create and maintain a content and campaign calendar that aligns with marketing, recruitment, and business objectives.
- Use data and insights to refine strategy, test new formats, and continuously optimize performance.
- Support overall digital marketing strategy including email marketing, automation, and paid media campaigns.
- Research, write, and produce high-quality B2B content from LinkedIn posts and articles to videos, graphics, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories that highlight our culture, people, and impact.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and consistent in tone, voice, and visual identity.
- Manage and oversee creative production using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing platforms.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of our LinkedIn, Meta, and other social media channels — scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting.
- Plan and run LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Use HubSpot (or similar tools) for email campaigns, automation, and lead tracking.
- Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams on employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and campaigns from start to finish — ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and creative collaborators to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Champion brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media strategy, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment.
- Proven experience creating and managing LinkedIn content and campaigns.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills — able to turn ideas into compelling narratives.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager (or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills and can juggle multiple initiatives with high accountability.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to inform strategy and improve results.
- A proactive collaborator who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and works well across teams.
