About the role
- Plan and manage projects across enterprise systems (NetSuite, HubSpot, main corporate website with integrated eCommerce, etc.), ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles—intake, discovery, planning, execution, testing, and rollout.
- Maintain project documentation including charters, project plans, RAID logs, timelines, budgets, and communication plans.
- Lead sprint-based work where appropriate to maintain steady progress and visibility (sprint events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Support system enhancement requests and intake processes to prioritize and coordinate ongoing improvements.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and change requests; communicate clearly to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to define scope, milestones, and success measures.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience managing IT or enterprise system projects (ERP, CRM, or marketing automation)
- Familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar enterprise systems
- Proven track record in managing enterprise projects from start to finish
- Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams and collaborating with external vendors
- Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
