About the role
- Support the identification and assessment of top risks across business units
- Assist in completing Inherent Risk Ratings (IRR), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Residual Risk Ratings (RRR)
- Analyze business unit strategic goals and map risks to the enterprise risk profile
- Help update and maintain Business Unit Risk Registers by reviewing prior-year assessments and the enterprise Risk Library
- Participate in control mapping for key risks and help evaluate organizational resilience
- Support ongoing monitoring efforts using predictive analytics and data-driven insights
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in risk modeling or data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in enterprise risk, predictive analytics, or governance and compliance
- Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical tools
- Coursework or projects related to risk analysis, statistics, or business analytics
