About the role
- Gain exciting insights into all three business areas (Strategy, Agency, and Data) and actively contribute across them
- Work with your team to develop complex topics and strategies that deliver real value to our clients
- Support clients and their individual needs to collaboratively work toward their vision
- Analyze and evaluate data to back up and strengthen your recommendations
- Develop a holistic understanding of our clients' market, business model, and corporate objectives, and help them achieve those goals
- Contribute creativity and communication skills through your own ideas
- Not only advise our clients but also actively help shape and develop the Next Digital Group
- Take ownership and design your own scope of responsibility and freedoms
Requirements
- You have completed (or are about to complete) at least a Bachelor's degree with an economic and/or technological focus from a leading university or university of applied sciences, with very good academic performance
- You are passionate about digitalization and want to make a meaningful contribution to society
- Ideally, you already have some initial experience in a consulting environment
- You have a strong willingness to learn and perform, work independently, and possess good analytical skills
- Team cohesion and trust matter to you — you not only focus on your own success but also support your team
- You are eager for a new challenge and not afraid of new tasks; we know you can't be an expert from day one — we'll teach you everything step by step
