About the role
- Set appointments with inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Prospect via cold calling, text messaging, email, and social media to identify new potential customers
- Build rapport quickly and professionally with homeowners
- Schedule consultations for our Solar Consultants in MA and CT
- Manage outreach activity and pipeline using CRM tools
- Hit weekly targets for outreach volume and appointments set
Requirements
- Must reside in Texas, Georgia, or Wyoming
- Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently and staying self-motivated in a remote environment
- High-energy, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Experience in solar or home improvement industries is a plus.
