About the role

  • Independent management of consulting projects (multi-project management)
  • Analyses and process consulting
  • Conceptual and project-related advisory
  • Concept reviews and conducting audits/assessments
  • Coordination and allocation of project team members
  • Management of Functional Safety in projects (FSM)
  • Business development of assigned clients
  • Technical evaluation of quality and approval of deliverables
  • Effort estimation for consulting projects and subprojects

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in engineering safety-related projects and the underlying methods and processes (risk analyses, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, ...)
  • Solid knowledge of at least one of the leading safety standards: IEC 61508, DIN EN ISO 13849, ISO/SAE 26262, or equivalent
  • Valid certification in the safety context (e.g., TÜV, Dekra) desirable
  • Experience in consulting on safety projects
  • Strong experience in self-management and project management and the application of suitable methods (e.g., GTD, IPMA, GPM, PRINCE2...)
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
