About the role
- Develop a strong understanding of channel dynamics and shopper behaviour, guiding Sales on priorities and contributing market insights to annual planning, assortment decisions, and growth opportunities.
- Localise and deliver trade activation plans across Italy, Spain & Portugal, ensuring high-quality POS materials, impactful campaigns, and flawless execution during key trade periods and New Product Development (NPD) launches.
- Support Sales with Joint Business Plans and Line Reviews by preparing launch materials, insights, promotional plans, and samples to elevate customer conversations and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Monitor pricing, A&P spend, channel performance, and competitor activity, sharing clear intelligence and recommendations with marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate rolling 9-month plans, work closely with designers, agencies, and internal teams, and support tradeshow execution to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and commercial priorities.
Requirements
- Proven expertise within CPG/FMCG (Trade Marketing, Shopper, Category Management, Sales).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel environments and shopper behaviour.
- Professional Italian and Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel for business as needed (up to 10%).
