Experience leading and managing a team of direct reports.
Proven ability on communication, and cross functional collaboration, and ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
Experience in footwear/apparel retail industry preferred.
Familiarity with o9 Solutions and/or Logility preferred.
ASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM) are a strong plus.
