About the role
- Develop the connective tissue across our games portfolio by building frameworks that maintain the rhythm of the business and drive continuous improvement to improve how we operate
- Identify and drive cross functional initiatives that benefit both games and partner teams
- Create clarity in requirements by solving operational challenges by pulling the right people together increasing predictability
- Prevent surprises by mapping dependencies, navigating risks, and resolving ambiguity
- Track and support development progress across our portfolio of games in all stages of development
- Have a breadth of knowledge of the titles we are bringing to members
- Form enduring partnerships across leadership, production, and central partners
Requirements
- 12+ years experience in the gaming industry, working in game operations, program management, or production roles
- Detailed knowledge of games lifecycle; software development best practices; project management methodologies and release management methodologies
- Significant experience in Production, Project, or Program Management for software development; Technical Management experience is nice to have
- Experience managing projects through the game development lifecycle
- Experience with games across various genres from casual to core
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, preferably a mix of R&D and live service
- Experience in partner management, internally or externally, working with licensors a plus
