About the role
- Drive new business: Own the commercial territory, prospecting and acquiring net-new customers
- Expand existing accounts: Deepen relationships with current customers
- Manage a high volume of accounts, prioritizing and maintaining strong pipeline discipline
- Leverage partners: Build and maintain relationships with authorized resellers and alliance partners
- Own your business: Operate like a mini-GM within your territory
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineers and channel managers
- Sell consultatively: Apply MEDDICC methodology
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial sales experience
- Experience selling IT solutions, ideally within infrastructure, data center, or cloud technology
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Engage executive decision-makers
- Drive strategic conversations
- Understand the customer's technology footprint and business drivers
- Results-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative approach with customers and internal teams
