• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for positions in the operations departments and the technology departments, from candidate sourcing to offer presentation
• In-person interviews and new employee onboarding
• Ensure the implementation of a structured, proactive, and performance-focused recruitment process
• Utilize various sourcing channels and tools to find potential candidates
• Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up-to-date and ensure its optimal use
• Propose continuous improvements and innovate on best practices
• Provide a first-class candidate experience
• Develop and execute various recruitment strategies and create engaging content based on job requirements, in collaboration with the marketing team
• Stay updated on industry trends and proactively identify visibility opportunities for the company
• Participate in relevant events.
