About the role

  • Play a key role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative functions.
  • Focus on personnel administration, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Assist in documentation management and ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support contract management and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Help ensure compliance monitoring and assist in preparing for inspection visits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personnel.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
