About the role
- Oversee assigned production supervisors and overall operations
- Uphold plant policies and procedures to maintain safety, quality, and production standards
- Develop and maintain knowledge in processes to ensure smooth operations
- Train employees on safety expectations
- Ensure finished products are manufactured meeting prescribed standards
- Provide guidance, training, and development to supervisory and hourly personnel
Requirements
- High Diploma or GED equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment
- OR Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment
