About the role
- Drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences.
- Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks.
- Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share your coffee knowledge and sustainability practices.
- Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues in a collaborative team setting.
Requirements
- 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and lead a team in a high-volume retail environment.
- Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
- Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
