About the role
- Responsible for all customers portfolio in specific channel
- Responsible for implementing projects related to Cafeteria Channel
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (GPS, NNS, Accuracy of Estimations)
- Sale of the company’s products in the region of Thessaly
- Creation of a new clientele and development an existing one
- Responsible for training store staff on how to prepare beverages and conduct product tastings for customers
Requirements
- University degree ideally in Marketing, Business Administration /Economic Studies
- MBA or any postgraduate diploma will be considered a plus
- 1-2 years of working experience in Sales would be an advantage
- More than 3 years working experience as a barista with strong coffee knowledge would be an advantage
- Proactive cooperation, initiative, result focus
- Dynamism, innovative, strong passion and good communication skills
- Fluency in Greek & English (written & oral)
- PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
