About the role
- Ensure that all activities in the department are in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety and work place safety requirements
- Ensure that all procedures, instructions, all legal requirements etc. are implemented, developed and updated by regular checks
- Perform corrective/ preventive activities to solve quality problems in line with the guidelines
- Ensure that all HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plans are implemented and regularly updated and trainings have been provided to all employees
- Monitor and improve line performance, and major KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator)
- Support industrial test runs together with System engineer and project teams
- Participate and follow the new installations on the shop floor
- Support to prepare inventory for all materials (semi-finished products, packaging and raw materials) used in production
- Continuous development of production staff via in-class and on the job training
- Ensure proper inventory checks and perform required controls; identify and solving problems
- Report problems related with Food Safety Management System to the person to whom directly reported to
- Ensure the highest standard of occupational health and safety in all operations and comply with mandatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant area
- Excellent command of English
- Demonstrated capability to lead a group of people
- Successful in leading projects involving different departments or functions
- Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and implementation experience of TPM (Total Performance Management)
- Experience in change Management
