About the role

  • Lead, develop and deploy Nestle’s eCommerce Capabilities team and its roadmap
  • Own and drive regular eCommerce reporting across sales, share and digital shelf performance
  • Upskill the Nestle USA organization in eCommerce capabilities, principles, process, and strategy
  • Identify and clearly articulate business challenges and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that capability goals are aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with enterprise and external partners to improve analytic tools
  • Serve as subject matter expert for eCommerce KPIs, analytic frameworks, data, and tools
  • Help evolve the Nestle USA eCommerce measurement playbook and reporting ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital analytics, insights, Commercial Sales, or performance marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of retail and digital performance metrics, KPIs, and frameworks
  • Proven ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven narratives
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and timeliness in delivering insights
