Manager

• Lead the Quality department and ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the factory
• Act as the guardian of quality compliance and challenge all functions across the value chain to drive continuous improvement
• Provide technical expertise and support to ensure compliance with NQMS / FSSC 22000, regulatory requirements, and food safety standards
• Direct and supervise the development, implementation, and administration of QA activities in all phases of operation at factory level
• Monitor, drive, and lead improvements to meet Business Goals while sharing Quality Metrics/KPI's at the facility in daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings
• Ensure compliance of the audit programs for internal and external audits
• Drive Hygiene and NGMP programs across the whole factory and external warehouse
• Communicate and drive compliance for new and/or updated Regulatory Policies
