About the role
- Provide customer service in Nespresso Boutiques;
- Sell coffee, machines and accessories;
- Register and enroll new members;
- Offer coffee tastings to customers during service;
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and manage the petty cash float;
- Ensure the Boutique and stock are well organized;
- Monitor service excellence and provide proper guidance to Boutique Attendants regarding procedures and customer service;
- Support management in complying with Compliance rules for security, quality and operational audits.
Requirements
- University degree completed or in progress (preferred)
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule
