About the role
- Enable high-performance operations based on Nestlé's strategy
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team to enhance operational efficiency
- Support technical store management to ensure efficient operations
- Build and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Justify and track maintenance expenditures effectively
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering improvement projects
- Participate in the start-up and commissioning of technical equipment
- Monitor defined indicators and proactively track performance objectives
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Hold an engineering degree in a technical field
- Solid experience in food manufacturing or consumer goods
- Possess experience in fixed assets maintenance and budget management
- Demonstrate supervisory experience with contractors, suppliers or 3rd parties
- Participate in multidisciplinary projects focused on operations optimization
- Participate in the development of engineering projects
- Show commitment to safety and quality standards in all operations
- Exhibit a passion for developing engineering expertise among technicians and operators
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
