About the role
- Provide advanced financial analysis and support to proactively manage and advise on critical business decisions
- Dive deep into the P&L structure and cost drivers
- Partner heavily with cross-functional teams & senior members to drive results and improve business profitability
- Manage monthly business planning, long-term strategy, annual volume planning, and providing financial insights
- Co-Lead actions and projects that improve operating costs or grow sustainable business profitably
- Build financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives
- Communicate complex financial information and concepts to support decision making
Requirements
- BA/BS with Major in Accounting or Finance, or BA/BS degree with coursework up to and including intermediate accounting
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance preferred
- Ability to Influence business decisions with concrete financial support
- Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative
- Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables
- Communicate effectively and professionally in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
