About the role
- When you join Nestlé’s Engineering Graduate Scheme, you will embark on an exciting 2-year journey that involves working across various factories and product categories, gaining valuable experience in both maintenance and project engineering.
- During the scheme you will gain a breadth of engineering experience, and upon successful completion of the scheme, we will endeavour to place you in a role aligned to your area of study and expertise.
- You will have the chance to engage and work with our state-of-the-art technology, processes, and equipment whilst playing an active role in the factory teams' initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.
- We will support you to develop your engineering knowledge by providing varied experiences across a range of scenarios and projects, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge to specific engineering situations.
- Collaborating with a diverse team of skilled engineers, you will play an important role in supporting the advancement of our digital transformation initiatives, equipping you with the tools and knowledge to make a meaningful impact.
- You will also work to optimise key performance metrics, including output, energy consumption, water usage, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
- You will have a degree in Automation Engineering or related subject,
- You’ll need to be mobile across the UK — what’s also important is your commitment to the scheme and your willingness to learn.
