About the role
- Provide technical and professional leadership for the plant
- Ensure the health and safety of personnel and products
- Foster a work environment focused on improving plant performance
- Manage a team of 15 people
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical, Automation, or Electrical Engineering – strong technical skills in maintenance and methods required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the food industry or consumer goods (FMCG)
- Solid experience in management
- Proficiency in English
