Requirements

  • Strategic B2B sales leadership with a proven track record in professional, corporate, or commercial sectors.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, team development, and data-driven growth.
  • 3–5+ years of B2B field sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success in exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Commercial acumen with a data-led approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for coaching high-performing teams.
