About the role
- Inspire and develop a high-performing B2B team, driving new business across NSW, QLD, and ACT.
- Deliver the Nespresso Professional coffee experience—premium, sustainable, and tailored for workplaces.
- Lead and mentor a team of six Business Development Managers to exceed sales targets.
- Strategically align regional sales plans with national B2B objectives.
- Use KPIs and data to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Build partnerships with senior decision-makers across various sectors.
- Refine strategies to maximize pipeline growth and conversion opportunities.
- Promote innovation through effective use of sales tools.
- Cultivate a culture of learning, safety, and high performance.
Requirements
- Strategic B2B sales leadership with a proven track record in professional, corporate, or commercial sectors.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, team development, and data-driven growth.
- 3–5+ years of B2B field sales leadership experience.
- Proven success in exceeding targets and driving growth.
- Commercial acumen with a data-led approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for coaching high-performing teams.
