About the role
- Ensure outstanding delivery service at minimum transportation cost while maximizing Sustainability, Safety and Security
- Plan unit team, creation and allocation of transport assets for Nestle products
- Supervise the execution of smooth flow of goods from Nestle sites to customer ensuring customer service levels are maintained while maximizing fleet efficiency
- Collaborate with Group Transportation Manager to develop targets for transport service and cost tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics and any other relevant background
- 3+ years of relevant and successful operational experience at market/business level in transportation
- Relevant operational experience beneficial in areas like: Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse Management, Finance: Business Planning, budget control, cost management
- Project management experience in Distribution Network Redesign, High Performance Logistics, Customer Logistics, Distribution Costing and Finance
- Leadership experience in team management
