About the role

  • Promotes knowledge and understanding of policies on Nestle Code of Business Conduct, Employee Relations, Conditions of Work and Employment, and related policies by facilitating said topics in New Employee Orientation or refresher trainings or learning sessions in NBS
  • Partners with NPI and external business partners in conducting CARE audit (NBS employees) to ensure social compliance, and closure of issues and sustainability
  • Partners with NPI in conducting Contempo audit (3rd Party Business Partners), and follows up Facilities Management for closure of issues
  • Develops, reviews and improves HR policies and procedures related to employee relations, and other policies as needed
  • Partners with HRBPs and Management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs and laws
  • Investigates cases of non-compliance to NCBC, supports Committee on Decorum, and line managers on relevant implementation of disciplinary actions and due process together with the HRBPs
  • Monitors submission of Conflict of Interest forms, and conducts relevant actions based on said forms
  • Acts as point person in HR for employee concerns or issues related to working conditions; conducts investigation, routes to relevant persons, and ensure closure of said issues
  • Work together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient execution of local activities
  • Works closely with HRBP's, CoCs, CoS and Line Managers to ensure a high level of E2E service
  • Provide relevant information and manage local HR processes (e.g. PY, TM, Benefits validation, BIR submission, maternity benefit)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Public ad or any related course
  • Has a thorough knowledge of local labor laws
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes and their linkages to other key HR processes
  • 3-5 years experience in supervisory function in related field (Employee / Labor Relations), preferably in Shared Services or BPO
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to travel as required
  • High level of empathy, responsiveness and relationship orientation
  • High level of maturity and tact to deal with ambiguous and sensitive situations
