About the role
- leading a portfolio of customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for supply chain-related inquiries and improvements
- aligning and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time and in-full delivery
- leveraging your understanding of our customers and their values to challenge the business and foster a Customer-Facing Supply Chain culture within Nestlé
- analysing key customer metrics to identify gaps and track progress in value generation
- building and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships with customers
- driving the execution of the Market Service Strategy in close collaboration with the Sales organization
- conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights on performance and drive market action plans.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in a relevant function within Supply Chain Management
- strong focus on customer collaboration
- any additional sales experience will be considered an advantage
- proven experience in project and change management
- people management skills
- strong personal leadership, team building, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- professional knowledge of English, Dutch and French
- familiarity with SAP and Excel
- solid understanding of supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
