About the role
- Design and implement training strategies that support all brands and channels
- Oversee the creation and distribution of training materials for field-based trainers
- Lead the development and management of the e-learning platform (The Supplement)
- Provide training and resources to support new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Ensure the training team’s objectives are aligned with departmental and company-wide goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to Training Specialists, including performance management and goal setting
Requirements
- Minimum qualification BSc in relevant field such as nutrition or science or equivalent relevant experience
- Training experience including training needs analysis, setting learning objectives and assessment criteria preferred but not essential
- Retail experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent written communication skills, including scientific and consumer-friendly styles
- Excellent networking and relationship skills, internal, 3rd party and customer
