About the role

  • Manage merchandisers, driving sales growth and expanding customer base within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships within your portfolio of customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Responsible for visiting stores, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Sales and/or FMCG experienced preferred – Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets including store or department management.
  • Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PowerBi skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License
  • Willingness to be on the road Mon-Fri within the assigned territory.
  • Applicants must have full working rights for Australia.
  • Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks or National Police check, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
