About the role
- Ensure execution of Field Sales & Business Development Plans/Activities
- Responsible for Sell In category sales performance of assigned distributors & territory
- Input planning & Order management by category
- Monitoring and Tracking of Direct Customer's via AFS
- Credit Management of distributors
- Responsible for Sell Out sales performance for distributor by category by channel
- Set Sell Out target for NSRs / Distributor Sales Representative
- Accountable for distributor channel sales performance
- Explore new channel opportunity
- Develop journey plan for Nestle & Distributor sales representatives
- Responsible for customer database maintenance
- Trade Asset and cold chain management for assigned distributors & territory
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Field sales
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of FMCG sales experience
- Strong understanding of distributor management
