About the role
- Manage and coordinate employee relations across the company's three sites with elected representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop and retain talented employees.
- Oversee training and development programs.
- Manage annual performance reviews in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Ensure compliance with performance evaluation guidelines.
- Promote a culture of innovation within the team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in human resources management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Passionate about people development and corporate culture.
