- Ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities for GT Channels
- Advisory role to retailer, understand business owner needs
- Review Retailer Loyalty Scheme presentation and managing contract signing
- Ensure and monitor compliance of channel must-have-list
- Leading Field Sales team and ensuring Operation Best Practices
- Gather insights & information market intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- More than 5 years in marketing or sales
- Demonstrated ability to lead people
- Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
- Experience in managing Field Sales team
