About the role

  • The Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts to support business objectives, optimize inventory, and ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to incorporate key insights into the forecasting process.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing demand trends, improving forecast accuracy, supporting the S&OP process, and driving continuous improvements in planning methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in demand planning tools are essential for success in this role.
  • Support of total NPS delivery for all businesses via solid forecast and demand planning performance.
  • Ownership of several key cross-functional processes within MBP (S&OP and S&OE)

Requirements

  • 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
  • Understands local market, category, complexity & key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of experience, results and optimization of Demand Planning/Statistical Forecasting management
  • Strong exposure of Demand Planning Principles, Process and Best Practices; Tradition, and Digital forecasting enhanced strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in using relevant planning software and tools.
