About the role

  • Achieve assigned Customer Targets / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as NPS (Net Promoter Score), TTS (Total Trade Spend), distribution, call coverage/frequency, hit rate, drop size, bad goods, and AVAF (Average Value per Active Field).
  • Act as the single point of contact for all Sales Operations (Field Sales, Distributors, etc.) within the assigned area, ensuring delivery of agreed targets.
  • Develop and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) in line with the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) for assigned customers.
  • Ensure executional excellence by consistent planning, communication, performance tracking, and corrective actions.
  • Provide accurate and timely demand forecasts, market insights, and competitor updates.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop distributor sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage distibutors effectively
  • Strong understanding of sales functions including customer care and commercial development , customer relations and field operations with experience in managing a field sales team.
  • A valid driving licence is required.
  • No travel restriction
