About the role
- Gather and analyze data and business requirements
- Design and document functional specifications
- Support solution implementation and configuration
- Conduct expert testing and fine-tuning of the solution
- Train end users and support integration and UAT testing
- Participate in the full project lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with global teams across the organization
- Engage with R&D teams to provide feedback and insights
Requirements
- Effective communication in English – Strong verbal and written skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex or regulated environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Jupyter for data analysis, automation, and reporting
- Familiarity with SaaS and web-based products
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive functional specifications
- Strong project discipline
- Expertise in gathering and translating business requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with software development methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment
