About the role
- Serve as the primary leader for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud across the APAC region
- Provide essential oversight of regional IT operations in close partnership with Corporate IT
- Drive optimization initiatives that directly support Neogen’s commercial strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of APAC business processes and identify opportunities where Salesforce capabilities can enhance productivity, visibility, and customer engagement
- Lead complex cross-functional Salesforce projects from requirements through rollout and hypercare
- Manage backlog, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate sprints aligned to APAC business priorities
- Serve as the APAC escalation point for all Salesforce-related needs
- Facilitate UAT, coordinate release evaluations, and drive rollout communication
- Engage regional business leaders to understand IT operational needs
- Maintain visibility of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application issues affecting the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner in a global environment
- 3+ years of Salesforce configuration/implementation experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred
- Experience collaborating with IT infrastructure, digital, and security teams is an advantage
