About the role
- Lead the development and growth of product offerings.
- Define product vision, conduct market research, and drive initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Analyze market competition and provide insights for product strategy.
- Prepare product sales forecasts and respond to management inquiries.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops and networking.
- Contribute to team success by supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial technology is a plus.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple products and prioritize effectively.
- Scrum Master or Agile certification is an asset.
