About the role
- Design, implement and support customer solutions for Comcast Business products
- Provide technical leadership and advice for real-time analysis and operations
- Create custom solutions and proof of concepts (PoCs) for customers
- Support both standard and complex customers with custom designs
- Exercise judgment during incident management and network activation
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of coursework and experience
- 5-7 Years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of secure network solutions
- Experience in Software Defined Networking (SDN) environment
- Knowledge of IP routing and switching fundamentals
- Knowledge of Network Function Virtualization (VNF) concepts
- Technical training and mentorship capabilities
- Comfortable with quarterly rotational on-call requirements
- Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
