About the role
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams on full lifecycle recruitment for internship positions
- Keep HR teams & hiring managers up to date on intern hiring timelines, posting strategies and school recruitment strategies
- Create job requisitions, video interview templates and email communications to support the recruitment process
- Plan and facilitate recruitment events / conferences / panels / virtual engagement to support internship recruiting efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Proficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 (particularly Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel as needed
