About the role
- Responsible for providing specific product and/or technical knowledge, advice and solutions to Sales Representatives and customers
- Works collaboratively with the sales team to market and sell the Company's product lines
- Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers and develop and document strategic technical solutions
- Participates in product release cycle through requirement gather, design vetting and user acceptance testing.
- Supports Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 Years relevant work experience
- SQL Server experience is a plus
- Zendesk experience is a plus
- MS Office application is required
