• Lead the strategy and implementation of enterprise-wide identity lifecycle governance and access control capabilities.
• Design policies and processes for identity governance with access provisioning across platforms, services, and users.
• Serve as primary authority on enterprise identities and access governance strategy, including RBAC, ABAC, and zero trust access enforcement.
• Ensure a seamless and secure identity lifecycle supporting the operational needs of a fast-moving media organization.
• Define and execute enterprise IGA strategy.
• Lead deployment and operations of IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint).
• Oversee and streamline access certification and attestation campaigns.
• Establish and maintain RBAC and ABAC models.
• Define policies and standards for policy-as-code enforcement.
• Lead strategy and operations of enterprise directory services (e.g., Active Directory).
